Aufgaben
- Act as the primary IT business partner for R&D
- Align IT initiatives with R&D strategy and priorities
- Build and lead the R&D Applications team
- Select talent and manage team performance
- Define the application and digital innovation strategy for R&D
- Cover laboratory systems and scientific platforms
- Implement data solutions and advanced analytics
- Drive end-to-end IT initiatives in collaboration with R&D
- Manage the lifecycle of application solutions and cloud platforms
- Support digital and data-driven R&D use cases
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements
- Partner with teams to evaluate emerging technologies
- Establish governance and prioritization frameworks
- Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
