Aufgaben
- Lead and manage E&L project activities
- Apply scientific expertise in analytics, polymer science, and drug manufacturing
- Design and coordinate E&L project activities and risk assessments
- Act as SPOC and SME for assigned projects
- Run end-to-end E&L studies for container closure systems and manufacturing materials
- Use techniques like Liquid injection GC/(HR)MS, Headspace-GC/(HR)MS, and HPLC/(HR)MS
- Evaluate and interpret analysis results
- Consolidate findings and draw relevant conclusions
- Author and review E&L protocols, reports, and assessments
- Support preparation of IND/BLA sections
- Respond to HAQs as needed
- Solve complex problems within area of responsibility
- Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive knowledge sharing and present scientific results internally
- Contribute to Novartis relevant networks and workstreams
- Stay aligned with latest regulatory requirements
- Lead initiatives for local or global E&L community
- Adapt ways of working, documentation, testing, and assessment strategies
