- Design and plan analytical activities for Oligonucleotides
- Execute and interpret analytical methods and technologies
- Report analytical results according to timelines and quality standards
- Participate in laboratory operations
- Identify and address scientific and technological challenges
- Propose and communicate creative solutions to project leaders
- Foster best practices and share technical expertise
- Create and review analytical documents and reports
- Align analytical activities with global project strategies
- Plan and implement laboratory experiments for projects
- Monitor and analyze experimental data
- Provide scientific guidance to laboratory associates
- Mentor and support junior analytical scientists
- Oversee technical deviations and investigations
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute to analytical CMC documents
- Support regulatory submissions
- Assist with audits and health authority inspections
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISRM, and Novartis Guidelines
- Collaborate and share expertise within the team
