- Excellent understanding of regulatory expectations and requirements with significant IND/BLA submission experience
- Strong experience leading matrix teams and strong communication skills

Aufgaben
- Lead overall analytical project strategy
- Develop robust, phase-dependent control strategies
- Coordinate analytical sub-team in matrix organization
- Represent analytical discipline in global CMC project team
- Manage all analytical activities for drug product and substance development
- Oversee release and stability testing
- Characterize molecules
- Develop, transfer, and validate methods
- Set specifications
- Transfer know-how
- Deliver high-quality source documents for submission
- Review regulatory documents
- Interact with Health Authorities in audits and scientific advice meetings
- Communicate effectively across organizational interfaces
- Identify scientific, technological, and GMP issues
- Propose creative solutions
- Communicate key issues to management
- Prepare high-quality analytical registration documents
- Act as technical expert in audits and inspections
- Manage analytical budget and resource planning
