Anforderungen
- 5+ years B2B enterprise marketing, demand generation, or ABX
- Direct marketing to engineering leaders, R&D executives, or C-level decision-makers
- Engineering degree or deep marketing experience to engineers
- Conversational knowledge of E/E architecture, PLM, or systems engineering
- Proven track record building enterprise pipeline via account-based programs
- Comfortable in executive-level settings
- Experience running or contributing to curated events, exec roundtables, or account-specific activations
- Strong ABX execution skills, not just planning
- Ability to run multi-touch programs end-to-end with Sales
- Confidence working with data and performance signals
- Partnering with RevOps for measurement and reporting
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing
- Experience in enterprise solution selling environments
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Aufgaben
- Drive pipeline growth through executive relationships, curated events, and account-based plays
- Design marketing programs to accelerate stage progression in Tier-1 accounts
- Build multi-threading depth with senior engineering and C-level leaders
- Scale marketing efforts using AI and automation
- Align with Sales on named accounts
- Own campaign strategy and execution across ABX, events, and digital channels
- Measure marketing impact against pipeline
- Use AI to multiply output and eliminate repetitive work
- Design and execute marketing programs for enterprise pipeline in Tier-1 accounts
- Use AI and automation to scale personalization and generate content variants
- Automate reporting and follow-up using AI and automation
- Build and run ABX plays for priority accounts
- Develop persona-specific targeting for ABX plays
- Create multi-touch sequences for ABX plays
- Develop coordinated entry narratives aligned with Sales
- Own strategy, audience, KPIs, and quality for executive events
- Steer delivery of executive events through agencies and partners
- Represent SPREAD at industry events for engineering leaders
- Develop account activation plans for industry events
- Achieve measurable pipeline outcomes at industry events
- Partner with RevOps to operationalize tracking and attribution
- Partner with RevOps to operationalize automation
- Define KPI standards with RevOps
- Iterate on marketing based on performance data
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on content
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on enablement
- Build repeatable marketing motions across channels
- Compound pipeline impact quarter over quarter
