- Provide regional sales teams with training and tools
- Deliver resources to support successful selling
- Align marketing campaigns with customer value propositions
- Support pricing strategy and discount structures
- Manage channel programs to maximize sales effectiveness
- Build relationships with dealers and distributors
- Cultivate key accounts to enhance customer loyalty
- Represent the customer voice in internal decision-making
- Ensure solutions address real-world grower challenges
- Partner with customer success to drive adoption
- Collaborate with service teams to improve retention
- Influence product roadmap priorities using commercial insights
- Collaborate with finance on forecasting and budgeting
- Track and report commercial performance metrics
- Align with operations to meet market commitments
- Analyze performance metrics for transparency and accountability
- Recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed targets
