Aufgaben
- Lead aircraft sales campaigns.
- Initiate and lead the sales process.
- Negotiate with customers and partners.
- Draft proposals, LOIs, MOUs, and Sales & Purchase Contracts.
- Facilitate deal closures.
- Represent the company externally.
- Advocate for customers internally.
- Own and manage the B2B sales pipeline.
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
- Gather customer insights.
- Relay insights internally to align product development.
- Help develop the Commercial team.
- Help develop sales processes and procedures.
- Translate engineering perspectives into value-added features.
- Communicate customer requirements to engineering.
- Manage delivery timelines.
- Control the growing global orderbook.
- Guide and mentor technical sales managers.
- Build and develop the sales team, including functions and training.
