- In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA)
- Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management
- Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g. ERP)
- Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English, with advanced negotiation skills
Aufgaben
- Own the end-to-end quality process
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements
- Introduce and harmonize efficient QMS processes
- Integrate QMS into ERP/MES systems
- Implement and enhance standards and certifications
- Manage internal, external, and customer audits
- Plan and execute CAPA measures
- Collaborate with supply chain management for quality requirements
- Establish a streamlined overall quality process
- Interface with customers, certification bodies, and authorities
- Promote a culture of quality and safety
