- Proven experience in Product Assurance and Quality Assurance
- Experience in Aerospace or Defense programs
- Knowledge and experience of auditing and subcontractor auditing
- Knowledge of ESA-ECSS-Q-series standards
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fast decision making in service impacting problems
- Ability to work in intercultural and geographically distributed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and systematic, self-organized work
- Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian and/or German appreciated
- Fluency in standard office automation tools
Aufgaben
- Maintain and improve the Quality System
- Plan and coordinate internal audits
- Organize yearly Management Reviews and reporting
- Conduct customer satisfaction evaluations
- Support Surveillance Audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Perform subcontractor audits as per GSOp Audit Plan
- Update and enhance QMS Manual and procedures
- Provide QMS training on company processes
- Evaluate and rate subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the PA/QA team in Product Assurance activities
- Plan and manage Product Assurance activities for Galileo projects
- Oversee audits and management of subcontractors for quality and safety
- Define and ensure delivery of Product Assurance and Safety concepts
- Manage a Non-Conformance control program
- Coordinate internal and external project quality audits
- Plan and support PA routine and special audits
