- Proficiency in medical information databases, CMS, relevant software
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats advantageous
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders/partners
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with ability to make sound decisions and adapt
- Experience in managing medical information vendors
Aufgaben
- Oversee creation and management of medical information content
- Provide scientific and operational oversight of European call center team
- Contribute to medical booth asset creation
- Support dossier development and review
- Develop and maintain medical information resources
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for content creation
- Ensure evidence-based and consistent medical information
- Manage unsolicited inquiries from HCPs, patients, and caregivers
- Serve as Medical Reviewer in MLR process
- Develop and maintain dossiers for market access
- Collaborate cross-functionally for strategic medical insights
- Monitor and analyze inquiry trends for operational improvements
- Provide medical and scientific support for companion diagnostics
- Support compendia submission process
- Provide Medical Information support at congresses
- Lead development of internal SOPs and processes
- Train and support call center vendor
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
- Monitor scientific publications and clinical trial data
- Support other Medical Affairs projects
