- Experience operating within various cross-functional projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in French or German would be beneficial
Aufgaben
- Generate high-quality Medical Information responses and FAQs
- Address HCP, patient, and other customer enquiries
- Ensure compliance and balanced data presentation
- Maintain robust Global Medical Information processes
- Ensure processes are audit- and inspection-ready
- Adhere to Medical Information SOPs and working practices
- Train internal and external partners on databases
- Plan and execute content generation
- Generate metrics and insights for business decisions
- Manage external agencies and partners in Medical Information
- Train internal teams in Medical Information processes
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with key partners
- Prepare reconciliation reports with Pharmacovigilance and Quality
- Perform quality assurance on medical information enquiries
- Support medical booths at congresses
