Aufgaben
- Lead global medical strategy and activities for Gastroenterology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific insights
- Identify unmet medical needs and long-term opportunities
- Evaluate products and identify portfolio gap-filling opportunities
- Develop therapeutic area medical plans
- Prepare Target Product Profiles with cross-functional teams
- Drive scientific excellence through literature review and idea generation
- Lead and govern Global Medical Affairs research projects
- Serve on the Scientific Review Committee
- Ensure high-quality medical content for digital initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and local Medical Directors
- Build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Oversee medical safety monitoring and contribute to PSURs
- Provide medical input for global and national label changes
- Ensure compliance with global guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a team of two direct reports
- Mentor and retain talent through servant leadership
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion
