Aufgaben
- Optimize the performance of field medical teams across Europe
- Provide guidance and training programs for field teams
- Implement engagement strategies and in-field coaching
- Measure and monitor the impact of field teams through metrics
- Capture insights to support strategic business decisions
- Set strategic direction for HCP and KOL engagement
- Collaborate with Regional Medical Leads and Country Field Medical Leads
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for field medical impact
- Create and implement soft skill training programs for Field Medical Advisors
- Define and maintain a Field Medical Competency Framework
- Identify synergies with Field Medical Excellence leads globally
- Define and implement best practices for engaging HCPs
- Support the development of local and regional engagement plans
- Coach field teams to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure accuracy and utilization of the CRM database
- Collaborate with DSE representatives and Country Field Medical Leads
- Define guidance for optimal data entry practices in the CRM system
- Set performance metrics and KPIs for Field Medical Advisors
- Monitor performance and analyze metrics for engagement strategies
- Develop training for Field Medical Leads on leveraging metrics
- Drive insights gathering processes and ensure actionable recommendations
- Explore innovative approaches to enhance field medical effectiveness
- Foster connectivity between field medical teams in affiliates
- Manage vendors providing tools and training for the field medical team
