Anforderungen

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, or veterinary medicine
  • 10-15 years of experience in Local, Regional, and Global medical affairs roles in biotech or pharma
  • Proven track record of successful launches, evidence generation, publications, external medical communication, and collaboration with scientific opinion leaders
  • Expertise in rare diseases or extensive experience across innovative Therapeutic Areas (cardiovascular, neuromuscular, oncology); direct experience in rare genetic diseases is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage

Aufgaben

  • Create, lead, and own the regional medical strategy
  • Execute medical tactics for all assets, including product launches
  • Align regional medical strategy with US medical and brand strategies
  • Support regional and country launch readiness
  • Strengthen medical capabilities, scientific exchange, and disease education
  • Champion understanding of rare diseases, unmet needs, and patient journeys
  • Integrate insights to support product positioning, differentiation, and lifecycle management
  • Represent regional and market perspectives in global forums
  • Contribute to evidence generation strategies and scientific communications
  • Drive scientific engagement with opinion leaders, expert centers, and institutions
  • Elevate awareness and standards of care in rare diseases
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner across Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory functions
  • Gather and synthesize key HCP insights
  • Inform medical and brand strategies with HCP insights
  • Partner with country medical teams to support local launches
  • Guide annual medical planning with country medical teams
  • Serve as liaison between country medical teams and BridgeBio functions
  • Develop, maintain, and update knowledge base on therapeutic areas and products
  • Train cross-functional teams on therapeutic areas and products
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of BridgeBio's policies, processes, and systems
