Anforderungen
- Graduate degree in health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or research-focused public health field (PhD preferred)
- Extensive experience leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across multiple international markets, ideally including Europe, particularly in rare diseases and orphan conditions
- Direct experience engaging with HTA organizations (NICE, CADTH, PBAC, HAS, IQWiG/G-BA, ICER)
- In-depth understanding of health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, statistics, and real-world evidence studies
- Ability to independently manage complex, multicultural, cross-functional teams and non-interventional study projects internationally
- Strong project management abilities (contracting, budgeting, vendor management)
- Comfort influencing senior stakeholders across medical, clinical, and commercial teams
- Operating effectively within a matrix organization
- International mobility and willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Define and lead the international HEOR strategy
- Ensure alignment of HEOR strategy with market access and launch objectives
- Design and oversee non-interventional studies
- Oversee real-world evidence generation from protocol development through publication
- Lead early payer engagement with key HTA/payer bodies
- Inform evidence generation strategy and reimbursement dossier development
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial colleagues
- Ensure value and access optimization across international launches
- Provide health economic modeling expertise
- Provide outcomes research expertise to support pricing and reimbursement strategy
- Manage external vendors for HEOR studies
- Manage budgets for HEOR studies
- Manage contracts for HEOR studies
- Ensure rigorous project management across competing deadlines
