Aufgaben
- Lead medical affairs in Switzerland
- Partner with commercial, regulatory, safety, and global teams
- Shape and deliver medical strategy
- Ensure strong medical governance
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare experts and authorities
- Lead development and execution of local medical strategy
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, societies, and payers
- Oversee local evidence generation, real-world studies, and publication planning
- Ensure robust medical governance, compliance, and pharmacovigilance systems
- Provide medical input to launch and lifecycle plans
- Provide medical input to HTA and reimbursement discussions
- Provide medical input to cross-functional decision-making
- Lead, coach, and develop the local medical team
- Contribute to talent planning and capability building
