- 5+ years clinical supply chain/planning experience managing global supply chain design and logistics
- 4+ years experience with advanced degree

Aufgaben
- Lead the design, implementation, interpretation, and review of inventory management plans
- Forecast supply plans for global and sophisticated clinical trials
- Optimize global and regional supply strategies for patient supply continuity
- Provide input into User Requirement Specifications for IRT medication management modules
- Complete User Acceptance Testing for IRT medication management modules if required
- Review IRT strategy to ensure alignment with strategic supply plans
- Adjust IRT settings to optimize supply and demand
- Develop and provide clients with reports on project spend versus budget
- Establish connections between demand planning and S&OP teams
- Aggregate and integrate the latest forecast information into the divisional S&OP process
- Partner with Enterprise Project Managers and global/site project management teams
- Inform and proactively share key client data with project teams and customers
- Ensure temperature excursion processes are performed as required
- Establish and maintain financial forecasts for complex client projects
- Manage monthly billing processes for assigned complex client projects
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees
- Stay updated on relevant cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure study management activities align with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate and promote company vision
- Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Understand the customer’s target market, segmentation, and value proposition
- Identify client needs, distribute those needs, and collect feedback regularly
- Structure demand plans in line with client strategy
- Set objectives and specific goals for demand plans
- Speak and write in a clear, concise, and organized way
- Listen carefully to others to ensure understanding
- Effectively document and communicate key learnings
- Communicate analyses applicable to stakeholders
- Manage demand planning projects efficiently in different systems
- Provide accurate forecasting information to core teams, leadership, and clients
- Maintain accountability for using Thermo Fisher tools
- Demonstrate comfort with technology and use innovations to advance work processes
- Leverage tools and technologies to move projects through demand planning phases
- Bring new or alternative perspectives forward to overcome difficulty
- Build coalitions to achieve objectives
- Collaborate well with others and build effective business relationships
- Foster teamwork among colleagues
