Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 5 years supply chain and/or planning experience leading global supply chain design and logistics management
- Understanding of clinical supply requirements, phases of clinical development, and factors influencing study designs
- Strong eye for business including ability to understand manufacturing process and cost impacts
- Enhanced PC knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal social skills and ability to lead and work in teams
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- APICS certification or equivalent
Aufgaben
- Design and implement inventory management plans
- Forecast supply plans for global clinical trials
- Use sound supply chain techniques
- Provide input on User Requirement Specifications for IRT
- Complete User Acceptance Testing for IRT
- Review IRT strategy to support supply plans
- Adjust IRT settings to optimize supply and demand
- Ensure robust and efficient supply strategies
- Develop and provide budget versus actual spend reports
- Establish connections between demand planning and S&OP
- Integrate latest forecast information into S&OP process
- Partner with project managers to share client data
- Ensure temperature excursion process is performed
- Maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees
- Stay updated on cGMPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements
- Align study management activities with regulations
- Promote company vision
- Conduct activities safely and efficiently
- Structure demand plans according to client strategy
- Set objectives and specific goals
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Listen carefully to ensure understanding
- Digest data applicable to project results
- Handle demand planning in different systems
- Maintain accountability for using Thermo Fisher tools
- Demonstrate technical proficiency
- Use innovations to advance work processes
- Resolve or raise solutions to problems
- Influence project timelines
- Communicate at the right time
- Respect differences and confront tension
- Ensure clear and focused communications
- Keep camera on for video calls
