Anforderungen
- 3+ years B2B SaaS Customer Success/Account Management
- Experience with enterprise customers
- Ability to drive adoption, value realization, renewals
- Analytical mindset, interpret usage data
- Translate insights into customer actions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, structured, independent work
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation skills
- High interpersonal sensitivity
- Experience in transport, logistics, rail freight, intermodal, or TMS
- Fluency in Dutch
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Ensure customers realize maximum value from SaaS solutions
- Analyze product usage across all SaaS customers
- Assess adoption levels and customer value against benchmarks
- Identify deviations from expected usage or value realization
- Prioritize customers requiring proactive engagement
- Approach customers with usage or value gaps
- Offer guidance and targeted support to increase adoption
- Design and deliver enablement measures like trainings
- Take strategic ownership of key enterprise customers
- Conduct regular in-depth reviews with key customers
- Perform quarterly on-site or remote engagements
- Act as feedback interface between customers and Product/Engineering
- Translate customer insights into product roadmap input
- Own customer health and renewal readiness
- Track contract timelines and identify churn risks
- Drive mitigation measures with internal teams
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
- Maintain customer context and usage insights in HubSpot CRM
- Ensure transparency and consistency in CRM
- Report on customer success and renewal outlooks
