- At least 3 years B2B software sales experience
- Strong team, negotiation, and persistence skills
- High motivation and independent work ability
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent listening, presentation, communication skills
- Good interpersonal sensitivity
- Knowledge in intermodal logistics (plus)
- Very good written and verbal Dutch communication
- Very good written and verbal English communication
Aufgaben
- Acquire new customers for Rail-Flow products
- Present Rail-Flow solutions to potential customers
- Organize and manage the sales pipeline
- Generate and qualify leads through various acquisition methods
- Prepare and conduct customer meetings remotely and on-site
- Follow up on customer meetings with and without product demonstrations
- Create and negotiate customer proposals and contracts
- Identify and close cross-selling opportunities
- Manage customer accounts post-implementation
- Target new customers to generate a sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing products
- Develop concepts for product improvements with internal contacts
- Create partnerships with suitable partners
