Driving AI-enhanced CRM Workflows product success in Public Sector accounts. Deep solution sales experience with AI integration required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Anforderungen
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- Deep experience in solution sales (CRM/CX/CPaaS/CCaaS/SOM)
- Understanding of CRM/CX/CSM solution business processes
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad IT needs of prospective clients
- 8+ years sales experience in complex software/platforms
- Deep industry knowledge of German Public Sector
- Experience establishing trusted client relationships
- Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals
- Ability to maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to go above and beyond to win
- Communicate complex issues in simple terms
- Ability to forge strong business relationships
- Connect with C-level execs and ecosystem individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German
Aufgaben
- Oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM Workflows products in the Public Sector
- Lead engagement with assigned accounts
- Create new business and pipeline
- Manage executive relationships for assigned accounts
- Lead and partner with virtual teams
- Oversee account development and growth in the Public Sector
- Develop and deploy territory resources
- Develop a sales strategy for the allocated territory
- Create a target prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Build relationships with C-suite personas
- Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO discussions
- Position meetings with executives
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting counterpart and extended team
- Deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations
- Orchestrate relationships for demonstrations
- Develop a clear roadmap for customer experience
- Build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Understand customer roadmaps for Customer Engagement & Operations
- Drive the ServiceNow Customer & Industry Workflows platform
- Own and lead CRM opportunities
- Collaborate with Core Sales Teams
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow Solution Areas
- Deliver outcomes-based solutions to clients and prospects
- Present CRM Workflows offering to prospects and customers
- Present at industry events and seminars
- Articulate customer success strategies to the field
- Streamline and standardize Platform presentations
- Standardize value proposition
- Qualify prospects
- Develop new sales opportunities
- Develop ongoing revenue streams
- Manage sales processes
- Close opportunities
- Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive additional revenue streams
