- Advise on risk allocation and supply continuity
- Manage pricing, exclusivity, and IP obligations
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements
- Support strategic externalization and long-term capacity planning
- Manage disputes with manufacturers and suppliers
- Direct external counsel and utilize AI technology
- Drive legal process improvements and team initiatives
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and modern workflows
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance team environment
