Anforderungen
- 6-8 years minimum professional experience as a contract manager, in-house legal counsel, paralegal, or lawyer
- Law degree in Swiss law is an asset
- Proven track record with large and complex projects
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High level of commitment to service delivery
- Strong personality with awareness of commercial issues
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and structured with attention to detail
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Pro-active attitude to increase performance
- Willingness to travel and work in Switzerland and abroad
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Support business activities in Switzerland, especially during bid and project phases
- Analyze requests for proposals and draft contractual documents
- Negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Monitor contract performance and manage risks
- Act as a focal point for customers, suppliers, and partners
- Minimize contractual, commercial, financial, and technical risks
- Establish and maintain contract records and documentation
- Provide training on contractual and compliance matters
- Support corporate housekeeping and compliance duties
- Act as Secretary of the Board for legal entities, if applicable
- Serve as Compliance and Data Protection Officer
- Assist with Trade Compliance tasks and Patent administration
- Perform administrative tasks related to contract management
- Engage in specific project work as needed
- Build and share contract management knowledge within the business
