Anforderungen
- 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales
- Proven record of selling high-value consulting engagements
- Ability to hunt and develop new enterprise accounts
- Experience with Atlassian tools
- Target-driven and excels in performance-oriented environment
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive process improvement
- Leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions
- Comfortable dealing with clients in English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead discovery discussions with senior stakeholders
- Identify business challenges and transformation priorities
- Partner with consultants to develop service proposals
- Execute a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities
- Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts
- Identify and shape complex consulting opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead complex sales scenarios with C-suite and senior management
- Collaborate with strategic partners for co-selling initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns
- Support and lead presentations to prospective clients
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Contribute insights for strategic account planning
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Stay informed on product knowledge, especially Atlassian solutions
- Obtain and maintain relevant certifications
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Work with other Account Managers to share best practices
- Participate in team meetings to foster collaboration
