Aufgaben
- Partner with R&D and Medical Affairs
- Provide financial transparency
- Conduct financial analysis
- Offer financial decision support
- Lead project and portfolio controlling
- Manage project costs, resources, and hours
- Monitor utilization and performance across cost centers, WBS/projects, and studies
- Develop and enhance KPIs for project costs
- Improve reporting for capacity and utilization
- Create steering models for project prioritization
- Support budget, forecast, and outlook processes
- Conduct variance analyses
- Prepare management reports
- Follow up on improvement measures
- Standardize and optimize controlling processes
- Standardize and optimize controlling tools
- Standardize and optimize controlling governance
- Collaborate with local and group stakeholders
- Serve as SAP Key User for SAP ECC, focusing on SAP PS
- Support the Teleflex ECC system transition
- Support business cases
- Assist with closing activities
- Prepare recurring reports
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses
