Anforderungen
- Academic background in accounting, finance, or economics
- Qualified accountant credential (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)

Aufgaben
- Perform technical accounting research and apply accounting standards.
- Translate accounting standard impact into client implementation steps.
- Build and document calculations with auditable workpapers for GAAP conversions.
- Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and client deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Assist clients with period-end close: reconciliations, consolidation, and quality review.
- Contribute to finance optimization engagements: process redesign, AI readiness, automation, and managed services.
- Own workstreams: plan work, meet deadlines, and report progress and issues.
- Build trusted relationships with client finance teams.
- Develop commercial awareness.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing: templates, updates, and training materials.
- Coach and review consultant work via technical review, knowledge-sharing, and feedback.
