- Shape accounting and reporting for M&A transactions
- Advise on purchase accounting for M&A
- Advise on combined financial statements for M&A
- Advise on pro-forma financial information for M&A
- Advise on post-deal finance integration for M&A
- Guide companies through capital markets and IPO processes
- Support IPO readiness and execution
- Manage post-listing requirements
- Provide CFO advisory support
- Assist with management and lender reporting
- Support controllership and FP&A functions
- Evaluate quality and scalability of accounting processes
- Advise on GAAP conversions
- Advise on consolidations
- Advise on audit-ready reporting
- Advise on closing procedures
- Advise on implementation of new accounting pronouncements
- Lead engagements from scope to delivery
- Manage engagement economics
- Manage delivery risk
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
- Contribute to proposal development
