Anforderungen
- Strong senior-level expertise in statutory accounting, IFRS, and Swiss CO
- Proven experience owning accounting outcomes in SSC operating model
- Hands-on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and financial reporting
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and signing off statutory financial statements and managing external audits
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, DoA, and SoD principles
- Experience in ERP-driven environments (IFS preferred)
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and accountability
- Fluent English and German, effective in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end accounting outcomes for Swiss legal entity
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
- Act as main accounting interface to Shared Service Center
- Oversee accounting quality
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Align closing activities with Group timelines
- Review GL postings, accruals, provisions, and intercompany reconciliations
- Validate financial statements
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Comply with Swiss CO, IFRS, and Group accounting policies
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors
- Coordinate audits and remediation actions
- Ensure effective internal controls
- Comply with DoA/SoD
- Maintain high-quality audit documentation
- Act as deputy to Finance Manager Switzerland
- Support leadership and process improvements
- Collaborate with Controlling and Group Finance
