- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Strong consolidation knowledge
- Solid SOX compliance understanding
- Solid internal control frameworks understanding
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hands-on spirit

- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent systems and technology proficiency
- Interest in process and technology innovation
- Legally authorized to work in Switzerland

Aufgaben
- Lead group financial consolidation
- Collaborate to shape systems and policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
- Manage consolidation for multiple legal entities
- Prepare U.S. GAAP entries
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Coordinate policy updates
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations
- Resolve reconciliation discrepancies
- Communicate relevant information to stakeholders
- Communicate significant issues to stakeholders
- Train Finance Operations team on new standards
- Support Finance Operations team on new procedures
- Support Finance Operations team on new policies
- Provide expertise on complex accounting matters
- Maintain knowledge of US GAAP changes
- Assess impact of GAAP changes on policies
- Prepare technical accounting memoranda
- Co-lead SOX compliance design and implementation
- Co-lead SOX compliance ongoing management
- Support stakeholders in adopting internal control culture
- Support stakeholders in strengthening internal control culture
- Co-drive improvements in consolidation tools
- Co-drive improvements in reporting automation
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams
- Enhance data quality
- Enhance reporting accuracy
