In this role, you will lead audits across various sectors, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Swiss law while managing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include mentoring teams, preparing audit files, and presenting findings, all while driving your own professional growth.

Anforderungen

• •More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
• •Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards
• •US CPA qualification or equivalent certification
• •Experience in managing large, multi-location audits
• •Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management
• •Team player with ability to report upwards to Partners
• •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• •French language skills are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Audit clients in the Trade, Industries & Services area
• •Conduct integrated audits for companies following US GAAP
• •Perform statutory audits for companies under Swiss law
• •Execute audits for private companies using IFRS
• •Manage audits of non-financial reports, including ESG audits
• •Prepare audit files for Partner review
• •Assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors
• •Develop and maintain client relationships
• •Support clients with technical accounting matters
• •Take charge of your own development and responsibilities
