In this temporary role, you will drive financial integrity by managing complex closings and tax filings while providing vital support to the accounting team during a maternity cover.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5+ years progressive accounting experience
• •Experience in Swiss subsidiary preferred
• •Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• •Understanding of Swiss Code of Obligations
• •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• •Professional accounting qualification preferred
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •High attention to detail
• •Ability to maintain deadlines
• •Curious and analytical mindset
• •Ability to maintain confidentiality
• •Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• •Experience with Winbiz or Microsoft Dynamics
• •Mandatory fluency in English and French

Aufgaben

• •Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for USGAAP group reporting
• •Prepare annual statutory financial statements following Swiss CO standards
• •Lead coordination and deliverables for limited statutory examinations
• •Support group audits through documentation and liaison activities
• •Record financial transactions across general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• •Perform routine ledger reconciliations
• •Coordinate consolidated reporting with the Corporate Finance department
• •Manage intercompany accounts and transactions per transfer pricing policies
• •Submit Swiss VAT and direct tax returns accurately
• •Provide guidance to team members and collaborate on finance-related matters
