- Strong business analysis and technical development skills
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools, particularly Nasdaq Axiom or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations (Basel III, MiFID II, SNB)
- Knowledge of related reporting frameworks (COREP, FINREP, TRUM)
- Technical proficiency in SQL (preferably Oracle)
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration patterns
- Experience with enterprise data architectures and warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., Temenos T24)
- Nasdaq Axiom configuration, rule-building, and deployment lifecycle management
- Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SSRS)
- Functional awareness of balance sheet structures
- Functional awareness of capital adequacy metrics
- Functional awareness of trading book operations
- Data Management certification (CDMP, DAMA desirable)
- Risk or Regulatory Compliance certification (FRM, CAIA desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Ability to produce precise documentation
- Ability to facilitate workshops
