In this role, you will dive into business requirements for the Legal Reporting Solution AXIOM, collaborating with stakeholders to refine specifications and ensure compliance. Your day-to-day activities will involve analyzing data, developing functional specifications, and supporting testing processes.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirement engineering, or related field
• •Experience with Axiom implementations or similar large-scale Legal Reporting projects
• •Enjoyment of close interaction with multiple teams and stakeholders
• •Good presentation and communication skills
• •Fast learner and understanding of business context and legacy
• •Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• •Requirement Engineer certification or corresponding qualification/experience
• •Communication, problem solving, social interaction, empathy, relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
• •Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
• •Fluency in English and good German language skills
