- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes
- Propose improvements and support change initiatives
- Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models and workflows
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and governance frameworks
- Define test scenarios and review test cases during testing phases
- Oversee execution of tests for critical reporting components
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle
