In this role, you will analyze Legal Reporting processes while collaborating with various stakeholders to document requirements and identify areas for improvement. Your daily tasks will include developing specifications, ensuring compliance, and actively participating in testing to enhance the AXIOM solution.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or related discipline
• •At least 4 years dedicated to Legal Reporting in financial services
• •Proven involvement in AXIOM implementations or similar large-scale regulatory reporting programs
• •Strong analytical mind with ability to understand complex business contexts and legacy system environments
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• •Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• •Natural collaborator with can-do attitude, empathy, and service-oriented mindset
• •Fluency in English (written and verbal); good German language skills highly desirable

• •Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• •Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes
• •Propose improvements and support change initiatives
• •Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models and workflows
• •Ensure compliance with architectural standards and governance frameworks
• •Define test scenarios and review test cases during testing phases
• •Oversee execution of tests for critical reporting components
• •Maintain up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle
