- Handle inquiries and propose innovative solutions
- Prepare and disseminate outgoing correspondence and reports
- Draft notes and responses based on research
- Provide informal translations
- Maintain supervisor's agenda
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate high-level visits and arrangements
- Prepare briefing programs
- Welcome visitors
