- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Passion for improving healthcare delivery
- Interest in thoughtful, impactful innovation
- Experience with EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms
- Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software
- Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or comparable qualification
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience launching new markets
Aufgaben
- Acquire new healthcare customers through cold calling
- Schedule appointments with potential clients
- Present Tandem’s clinician copilot to providers and partners
- Close deals and secure new business
- Represent Tandem Health at trade fairs and conferences
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Plan and implement sales initiatives for market penetration
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback
- Enhance customer experience through cross-team efforts
- Use CRM systems to track and manage leads
- Work with leadership to develop sales strategy
- Prioritize target segments for sales efforts
