- MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or similar
- Protein purification experience (ÄKTA chromatography system) and process development
- Laboratory experience in bioprocessing and filtration (filter press systems)

- Familiarity with DoE and statistical tools (e.g., JMP) is an advantage
- Good scientific report writing and presentation skills
