- Monitor and ensure project team performance
- Track capacity utilization for optimal project execution
- Collaborate with competence teams to drive innovation
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design
- Interact with customers during pre-sales
- Mentor and lead young professionals
- Provide technical guidance to consultants
- Continuously develop hard and soft skills
- Promote team growth and expertise
