Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 5+ years professional experience, ideally in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience supporting Supply Chain business processes and SAP S/4HANA (MM, IM, LE); QM and SD are advantageous
- Understanding of global trade compliance and Supply Chain master data
- Experience managing SaaS applications, system releases, testing, and user training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bridge business and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, collaborative, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
- Fluent English
- German and/or French are advantageous
Aufgaben
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translate business needs into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Configure and implement Supply Chain business processes
- Test and continuously improve system functionality
- Manage system releases and upgrades
- Coordinate vendor activities and validation tasks
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Provide system support and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate resolutions with IT teams and software vendors
- Ensure compliance with CSV requirements and IT standards
- Develop and deliver end-user training materials
- Promote user adoption of new systems
- Contribute to system strategy and digitalization initiatives
- Support continuous process improvements
- Lead or support small business and system projects
