- Advise on MES strategy, architecture, and implementation
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes in life sciences
- Lead or support MES implementation projects globally
- Gather and translate business requirements into solutions
- Support vendor evaluations and solution selection
- Design integrations between MES, ERP systems, and automation
- Collaborate with production, engineering, automation, quality, and IT
- Prepare project documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development
