Anforderungen
- Degree in technical field (production, mechanical, industrial engineering, or similar)
- At least 8 years professional experience in industrial environment
- Proven experience in production-related engineering, master data, and industrialization roles
- International experience
- Strong expert knowledge in maintaining SAP production master data (routings, bills of materials, variant configuration)
- Deep understanding of SAP ERP as a central system
- Proven experience implementing, rolling out, or developing SAP ME in variant-rich manufacturing
- Experienced in operational implementation of complex system/process dependencies (shop floor, SAP ME, SAP ERP)
- At least 8 years of project management experience
- Experience in industrialization of new products, introduction of new products, processes, or technologies
- Experience with cross-site rollouts in an international environment
- Strong global mindset and intercultural competence
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex topics in international, decentralized production network
- Ability to assess international production site requirements, priorities, processes, maturity, and local conditions
- Ability to translate site conditions into sustainable, globally consistent, implementable solutions
- High level of communication, alignment, and integration skills across countries, functions, and locations
- Ability to bring together diverse stakeholders with differing interests
- Ability to sustainably harmonize and optimize global master data processes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Structured, responsible, and team-oriented manner of working

- Define and maintain production master data and variant configurations
- Ensure consistent data structures throughout the product lifecycle
- Optimize standards and processes for master data maintenance
- Drive global harmonization and standardization of processes
- Manage sub-projects in product development for global industrialization
- Steer cross-site introduction and rollout activities
- Coordinate and implement changes across the product lifecycle
- Act as a product-responsible manufacturing planner
