- Manage sales for traction solutions in Switzerland.
- Focus on railway and e-mobility sectors.
- Represent the division's entire portfolio.
- Lead technical and commercial project lifecycles.
- Conduct initial customer visits.
- Design solutions and prepare quotations.
- Lead contract negotiations.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Manage sales handovers.
- Oversee forecasting and opportunity monitoring.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers.
- Shape future product portfolio development.
- Engage in strategic planning.
- Drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
- Partner with operators, OEMs, and strategic accounts.
- Develop partnerships in neighboring countries.
- Drive economic success of demanding sales projects.
- Perform meticulous calculation and evaluation.
- Lead opportunity and risk assessments.
- Support change and claim management.
