- •Proven track record of hiring and onboarding Account Executives
- •Ability to coach and identify skill gaps
- •Strong mental model for sales excellence
- •Comfort in establishing executive relationships

- •Product and industry expertise
- •Experience as a high performing Enterprise AE
- •Experience selling complex platform applications
- •Fluency in German and/or French
- •Dashboard and forecast management skills

- •Identify improvement themes for individuals and teams
- •Support reps in their sales career growth
- •Hire high-quality Account Executives aligned with market demand
- •Foster a small, high-caliber team for remarkable results
- •Establish executive relationships with customers
- •Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for deal flow
- •Work with Revenue Ops to refine processes and tools
- •Become a product and industry expert
- •Provide practical advice and relevant stories to customers
- •Manage dashboards and forecasts effectively
- •Engage in collaborative, team-based sales strategies
- •Develop subject matter expertise in the TA space
