- Open and communicative personality with structured, independent working style
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills
- Driver's license (Class B)
Aufgaben
- Develop and expand business with steel industry customers
- Identify new business opportunities
- Strengthen long-term partnerships
- Travel 60-70% within Germany and Switzerland
- Conduct occasional international customer visits
- Work independently with flexibility and ownership
- Structure and develop the market
- Align with internal stakeholders
- Implement innovative solutions for customers
- Serve as key interface between customers and company
- Contribute to commercial success
- Execute customer-specific strategies
- Grow business and market share
- Acquire new business opportunities
- Manage key customer relationships
- Act as main point of contact
- Drive full sales cycle
- Negotiate and manage contracts
- Collaborate with Technical Marketing and R&D
- Roll out new products
