- Extensive professional experience in business development, product management, technical sales, or related strategic function
- Structured and systematic work approach
- Translating complex topics into scalable concepts
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in market studies, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders
- Excellent command of English
- Confident working in international environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Drive business development for high-performance glass applications
- Collaborate with division management, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
- Conduct and synthesize market analyses and sales data
- Identify growth levers, risks, and opportunities
- Develop business cases and models for new products and technologies
- Create go-to-market strategies for new regions
- Lead cross-functional, international projects from concept to implementation
- Manage market entry, product expansion, and regional growth initiatives
- Transfer business development concepts across countries and regions
- Monitor project progress using KPIs
- Provide structured reporting to management and stakeholders
