Aufgaben
- Drive new business acquisition for management system certifications
- Develop and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct proactive prospecting and handle inbound opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Grow wallet share within existing clients
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Ensure high levels of customer retention
- Represent SGS at industry events and trade fairs
- Generate new leads and strengthen market presence
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales/Business Development Managers
- Work closely with operational teams to convert opportunities
- Deliver value to clients
