- •5–10 years of experience in enterprise software sales
- •Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
- •Strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems and DevOps methodologies
- •Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- •Strategic mindset with negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- •Experience selling into large and complex organisations
- •Fluency in Swiss German or French, strong proficiency in English

- •Represent Tricentis at industry events and networking opportunities
- •Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies
