Driving revenue growth for water treatment chemical products across Continental Europe, managing sales team and Atlas system use. 10 years sales management and HVAC industry experience, with complex deal negotiation skills, essential. Extensive travel across Continental Europe.
Anforderungen
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- At least 10 years of demonstrated sales management and leadership experience
- Exceptional hands-on leadership and coaching skills
- Experience negotiating and crafting complex deal structures
- Comfortable leading a structured, team-based sales organization
- Experience using various Sales Methodologies
- Deep experience with sales process, performance metrics, and CRM systems
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Drive profitable revenue growth in Continental Europe
- Lead the development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Manage and support the sales team in selling water treatment and renewable products
- Ensure proper use of the Atlas system
- Recruit new salespeople as needed
- Train and develop new salespeople
- Build relationships with the top 50 customers
- Assist the sales team in identifying and converting key prospects
- Develop strategies and relationships with major OEMs
- Conduct regular reviews with the sales management team
- Influence end users and contractors to use Fernox products
- Continuously assess the market for new customers and opportunities
- Support the sales team in stabilizing the existing customer base
- Assist colleagues with technical matters as needed
- Identify potential sales growth in adjacent markets
- Help the sales team build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Coordinate and deliver call plans, monthly reports, and documentation
- Provide feedback on customer development and competitor activity
- Assist in collating budgets, sales, and inventory forecasts
- Establish leadership of the European sales team
- Implement and develop various sales strategies
- Develop sales directors, country managers, and support staff
- Increase sales and margin to meet budget targets
- Manage regional expenditure
- Ensure Fernox leads in water treatment and renewables markets
- Collaborate effectively with all Fernox departments
- Maintain the corporation's positive reputation and ethics
