Aufgaben
- Support and coordinate the S&OE process
- Act as a central point of contact across functions
- Align priorities across functions
- Maintain momentum in the S&OE process
- Ensure transparency in execution
- Coordinate S&OE meetings
- Prepare agendas for S&OE meetings
- Consolidate inputs for S&OE meetings
- Follow up on S&OE actions and decisions
- Provide regular updates on order progress
- Identify potential constraints or risks
- Drive timely resolutions in a dynamic environment
- Translate operational priorities into executional activities
- Manage purchase orders with CMOs
- Support inter-site stock movements
- Ensure materials are correctly allocated to production
- Monitor order flows
- Proactively address delays
- Proactively address discrepancies
- Proactively address missing information
