In this Zurich-based role, you will strengthen the company's risk framework by executing control plans and monitoring regulatory compliance to ensure all operational and financial standards are met.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Economics, Law, Business Law or related field
• •1-2 years experience in Risk Management, Compliance or related field
• •Interest in financial regulation, risk management, compliance and asset management
• •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• •High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Knowledge in Microsoft 365 Suite
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Review and enhance the risk taxonomy
• •Prepare risk assessments and management activities
• •Conduct deep dives on specific risks
• •Monitor emerging risks and update the radar
• •Design and execute second-level control plans
• •Review results and monitor action plan implementation
• •Enforce and improve the risk management framework
• •Ensure compliance with FinSA, FinIA, and CISA regulations
• •Adhere to Data Protection and CDB20 requirements
• •Draft and maintain internal policies and guidelines
• •Manage operational risks and follow up on incidents
• •Perform KYC and AML monitoring activities
• •Research Swiss and foreign financial market regulations
• •Prepare risk reports for management and regulators
• •Monitor employee rules and maintain internal registers
• •Develop risk and compliance training materials
• •Provide administrative support for audits and filings
• •Act as a contact for risk and compliance matters
